Somerset Cuisines roots lie in the fruitful orchards, fields and hedgerows around Highbridge, Somerset, some 30 years ago. From those early days, we have developed an enviable reputation as makers of the finest, hand-crafted preserves. Today, based just half a mile from our original site, we have added creativity and innovation to our long-term values of authenticity, provenance and heritage. Our loyal team have been with us every step of the way and one of the original traditional copper cauldrons is still in use today.
