Polestar CM Inc. has achieved success through the use of Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a combination of these services on an array of different project types and sizes. We are unique; our project team leaders and managers include Professional Project Managers (PMP), Professional Quantity Surveyors (PQS), Gold Seal Certified Project Managers in General Contracting (GSCPM), and registered Architects and technologists, all with an intimate knowledge and understanding of the construction industry from the design up. We routinely challenge project constraints with new and innovative “fresh” perspectives in our goal to achieve the optimum fit between client expectation, budget, and schedule upon completion. Most importantly, we understand the peculiarities of developing projects in the North.
