But how comes, that we in most cases do not achieve the great results we were aiming for when we started? In a variety of HR projects that we worked on for years we have experienced a lot of root causes for not achieving these great results. We have seen project stakeholders following their personal agendas, and service providers that put their own interests before common goals. We have seen decisions being made and never being challenged again and often a lack of agility to adopt to changes in the environment. We have seen parties managing topics rather than solving issues and providers pushing for reuse of existing solutions instead of creative thinking. We have seen professional consultancies managing client relationships instead of client's problems. Therefore, we decided in late 2017 to leave the traditional career path in consulting and to found Reload HR in early 2018. Reload HR was created out of our conviction that good customer service requires domain knowledge, agility and transparency. Our mission is to be an independent catalyst for achieving great results on HR transformation journeys in large scale organizations. Our promise is to commit to thrive for amazing employee experiences and to provide honest help to our Clients.
