Michelle has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and information technology working as Controller and CFO for real estate management and real estate development firms. Her passion is to save clients time and money by enabling accurate and efficient operations through process improvement, utilization of technology, and administration of custom training programs. She has extensive experience at building cohesive teams through hands-on management and developing and documenting system processes and procedures. She is adept at streamlining tasks to enable effective delegation and increase accuracy and efficiency. She has decades of experience implementing and utilizing Yardi Property Management software. She excels at creating and administering custom training modules and user guides. She attained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science on Accounting Information Systems from Widener University in Chester, PA. She later enjoyed the opportunity to be an Adjunct Professor educating students in the field of Accounting Information Systems. She earned an Executive Certificate in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University. Nothing is more satisfying that working with a client to identify and solve their business challenges!
