We work with owners, builders, and designers of commercial, institutional, and residential buildings on the Central Coast and throughout California. Principals Andrea (Andy) Pease, a LEED Accredited Professional, and Jennifer Rennick, a Certified Energy Analyst, are both licensed architects experienced in designing, analyzing, and implementing green building. In 2005, they discovered their shared passion for a balanced approach to sustainable design and founded In Balance Green Consulting. The company has grown to include new team members and expanded services, bringing together diverse backgrounds and expertise to broaden our impact on the built environment.
