The flagship company of the group is Premium Chick Feeds Pvt Limited (PCF) and it established its operations in April 1991. The company was initially started as a Poultry Feed manufacturing facility, with its leased factory at Poynad, Tadwagle, Taluka Alibag, Dist Raigad, Maharashtra. During the year 2003, the company acquired its own feed mill at Tadwagle, with Pellet Feed Manufacturing facility of 600 MT per month. PCF enjoys reputation of brand image in the poultry feed market for its good and consistent feed quality. It has loyal customers who wouldn't switch to competing brands. Premium Hatchery Pvt. Limited, was started during the year 1995, with the setting up of a breeding farm next to Kamshet, Dist Pune, Maharashtra and the hatchery in Kolghar, near Poynad. With the setting up of these facilities, the company started selling Day Old Broiler Chicks to poultry farmers. Integrated Poultry farming was started by the company, during the year 2000, with branches across the state of Maharashtra. The company has since spread its operations in other parts of India and has branches in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
