We routinely assist workers in: severance package reviews and negotiations, wrongful dismissal actions, constructive dismissal actions, human rights complaints, unjust dismissal complaints, contract negotiations and disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation clause disputes, workers’ compensation claims, grievance/arbitration, duty of fair representation complaints and employment insurance claims. We emphasize a collaborative approach to legal support and representation. We work “with” workers by listening to them, understanding their concerns, evaluating their legal and non-legal options and jointly devising strategies with them. Our services range from providing objective third party opinions and advice to providing full representation to workers before all levels of Court and Administrative Tribunals.
