MJM Realty Advisors LLC is a newly formed entity focused on opportunistic property investments and real estate consulting services primarily in the NY metro area, Fairfield and Westchester Counties, New Jersey the mid-Atlantic regions and Florida. Michael J. Marcante is its managing member. Michael is a CPA by background and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry serving most recently as CFO and Executive Vice President for a regional property development and mangement company in Fairfield County CT. Michael has extensive experience in all facets of the real estate industry (residential, commercial and retail) negotiating construction, bridge and permanent loans, JV agreements and property leases for office and retail tenants.
