I founded Clearly Focused in response to the need for effective, efficient and pragmatic communication skills in technical teams. Most engineers, developers and other experts in their field have a focus, understandably, on their industry-specific technical skills. They have often, however, not been equipped with strong writing skills and communication tools. It is these writing and communication skills that allow teams to collaborate and operate with real efficiency. These skills are important in all teams, but are particularly needed in Agile development environments where the efficient communication of ideas and information across the entire team underpins the entire approach.
