National Asset Managers, LLC ("NAM") is a recently established asset management company providing services to the financial community on pre-foreclosure assets. The company has preferred partner relationships with national realty companies and contracts with other asset managers, lenders and servicers. NAM's primary service will be the efficient disposition of short-sale assets through its realty and pre-approved buyer networks. NAM will also provide valuation and preservation services through its affiliate, Cocamar.
