As a company, we started in 2013, and focused on flipping residential homes in Pierce, Snohomish, and King counties. Around mid-2015, we transitioned into new construction and now have many developments going on in core areas of Seattle and Eastside, along with several areas of King and Pierce Counties, where we are building Single Family Homes, Rowhouses / Townhomes, multi-house subdivisions and Apartments.
