An efficient floor plan is a key component to the practice. We are your advocate to ensure the floor plan becomes reality. Too many times the GC will change or alter an efficient floor plan to save building cost that end up in their pocket. We collaborate with the General Contractor to fill in the gaps the floor plan does not spell out. We answer these questions so the doctors will not be disturbed, distracted, or stressed to answer during working hours. Too many times a General Contractor will merely give the trades and/or subcontractors the plans and let them figure it out. This is standard and only leaves too much to open interruption of the plans. Speaking to the trades/subs onsite to ensure proper communication and expectations really goes a long way to show the entire team we are here.
