HomePlus Finance was founded in 1983 to help home improvement contractors with financing solutions. Our programs provide consumers with affordable and convenient payment options, for the remodeling projects they require. We use our own lending criteria and focus on the borrower’s intention to repay the loan. Because of this proprietary system, in many cases remodeling projects that would be rejected for financing with other lenders are candidates for approval. We work exclusively through a network of accepted contractors, builders, and remodelers. Qualified contractors are invited to apply to become a dealer.
