The Uptick is the University of Toronto's Quarterly Undergraduate Journal of Finance and Economics. Founded by undergraduates with a common interest in economics and a passion for research-driven journalism, the Uptick is a publication produced entirely by students. We strive to publish incisive economic and financial analyses, summaries of relevant and notable academic literature, finance and economic book reviews, transcribed interviews with professionals from academia and industry, and opinion columns.
