Diamond Equity Partners is an opportunistic value investor. We are looking to invest in companies with (i.) strong management teams (ii.) meaningful brand equity (iii.) leading and defensible market positions with sustainable barriers to entry. We typically invest in companies with $5-150M in revenue and $1-10 Million in EBITDA (or with the ability to achieve positive cash flow in the near future) and we remain open to larger deals as well.
