California Commercial Asphalt, LLC was formed in 2005 as a joint venture between California Commercial Asphalt Corporation and Hanson Aggregates, currently part of the Lehigh Hanson Heidelberg Cement Group. Prior to that, California Commercial Asphalt Corporation was a standalone producer in business for over 20 years. Joining forces with Hanson, a leading rock producer, increased our capacity and allowed us to better support our customers. CCA's success in the market is reflective of its strong leadership team. CCA's President and CEO is Donald L. Daley, Jr., a veteran of the San Diego construction industry.
