Driven to bring about industry change through the development of smart, efficient and economical high performance building systems. Insulation Systems Pty Ltd became a registered company in June 2014. Our mission was to design a system that addressed all the fundamental issues affecting the Australian building industry. To facilitate this Insulation Systems engaged global industry leading engineers and construction specialists. Utilised internationally recognised assessment tools and modelled 37 building parameters over 600 times. This combined with extensive research carried out in top German and Canadian universities resulted in the FINISHED WALL™ design. In 2015/16 Insulation Systems under the trading name ISMART Building Group engaged EBS builders to build a number of residential projects of varying style, size and performance levels. - The Perfect 10 project. 10 star building built to lock up in under 10 days. - Canning Vale project, 8 star two storey project built to lock up in 4 weeks. - Attadale German Performance House (GPH) project. 3 storey house built to German Passive House principles, lock up in 23 days. ISMART and EBS have a number of other projects completed and at various stages of completion all now building to GPH levels of performance. Insulation Systems latest achievement is to have made the final 6 in the Land Corp Step Up competition working alongside David Bar Architects and Josh Byrne Associates. Although involved in multiple construction projects, Insulation Systems primary goal is to supply our ground breaking products to the industry.
