You at Heart Foundation International is a nonprofit making organization which exists to support sustainable health and education (formal and informal) in the shantytowns and countryside. Formed in 2016, its main vision is to help promote living awareness, improve access to healthcare and formal and informal education among children, youth and the aged in the under-served populations in Ghana mostly in the shantytowns and countryside. The Mission of the NGO is to promote healthy living sentience, rally access to health care and reduce illiteracy among children and other under-served populations in Ghana, exclusively those who live in urban slums and rural areas. Its Goals are to provide healthy living awareness programs, provide school kits and learning centers to those within and outside our catchment zones. Our Objectives will be to provide healthcare and educational support to the underprivileged in all ten regions of Ghana. We will also collaborate with other bodies or agencies to promote health and education. Improve health status of communities through health education, environmental cleanliness and increasing access to primary health care centers in the villages.
