OpenHealthhub is a platform for patients and doctors to communicate with each other in a safe and trusted way. To our opinion this should be simple and easy. We believe that when patients take control of their health themselves, this will improve the quality of their treatment and outcome. Also the doctor can only improve when given good quality feedback by their own patients. Our improve application works via our OpenHealthHub platform and has been developed in co creation with patients and doctors.
