Footbridge Partners is a private investment firm based in New York & San Francisco. Building on the success of Footbridge Partners I (described below), we launched Footbridge Partners II in 2019 to partner with and coach a select group of top search fund entrepreneurs who are each looking to acquire, operate & grow one single small business. In 2012, Greg Geronemus & David Rosner created Footbridge Partners I to pursue the search fund model, and in 2013, we acquired smarTours, a value-oriented tour operator. In four short years, the Footbridge team built a bigger and better business, driving meaningful growth in revenue and EBITDA along with substantial investments in hiring and systems. In 2017, we sold smarTours to Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, generating an outsized return for our investors.
