Our main gym is over 1400 square feet and can accommodate a class size of over 30 people. It includes a stage so everyone in a class can see the instructor. We also have 3 individual workout rooms, each equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, pull up bars, and weights. Members can bring in their own workout or borrow one of ours. We have a number of group classes scheduled and hope to continually add more as we get instructors. Currently we are offering Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Adult Boot Camp, Kids Boot Camp, Turbo Kick, Piyo, and Zumba.
