M & G Chemicals grew to one of the largest manufacturers of a range of packaging and polyester resins & fibers from its facilities throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. Via extensive investments in technology, the development of large-scale production facilities , acquisitions and a merger with an Industrial Engineering firm, the company’s turnover grew from $200m to $2 billion+ and approximately 1,800 employees world-wide. In 2014, a participation was taken by a prominent Private Equity investor who exited their position following a major restructuring- and divestment program the Company completed.
