Pasco Poly Inc is a manufacturer of polyethylene wine tanks, temperature control tanks, and automatic fermentors. The KiLR-Fermentor is our latest development to improve production and quality of wine through the use of temperature control, and a pump-under system that maintains continuous flow of the juice through the submerged cap. The system is newly digitized to constantly monitor all aspects of the winemaking process, and to maintain a computerized record of each fermentation.
