Heterodox Academy (HxA) is a non-partisan collaborative that provides frameworks, tools, and community to thousands of educators, administrators, and students. As a nonprofit we work to improve the quality of research and education by promoting open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement in institutions of higher learning. Heterodox’s members — professors, administrators, K-12 educators, staff, and students — come from a range of public and private higher education institutions, from K-12 schools to professional peer organizations, from large research institutions to community colleges. They represented nearly every discipline, and are distributed throughout 49 states and beyond.
