The Valued Advisor Fund is a Certified Community Development entity which serves a National footprint, and concentrates on the Southeastern area of the Domestic US. Our Fund is essentially a social-impact investment fund, which emphasizes funding projects which have the capacity to drive long-term sustainable growth aligned with the plans of distressed communities. The Valued Advisor Fund most often works in concert with other local or regional community development entities in developing the capital stack requirements of the projects that are funded.
