Waterlefe Master Property Owners’ Association (MPOA) manages this premier golf and boating community on the Manatee River in Bradenton, FL. Association membership is a requirement of homeownership and includes a private fitness center, pool, kayak launch, viewing tower and picnic areas on The Pointe as well as all dining, events and gaming at the River Club.
