Schulich Off-Road is an interdisciplinary engineering student run organization comprised the best and most passionate engineering students at the University of Calgary. Since 1990, Schulich Off-Road has been providing students the opportunity to develop their technical, design, CAD, and fabrication skills through the creation of a single-seat, fully enclosed, off-road racing vehicle. Schulich Off-Road is committed to achieving excellence in automotive design, manufacturing, and performance. Students at Schulich Off-Road analyze and optimize vehicle designs from previous iterations. Schulich Off-Road's team of students work tirelessly to calculate, model, and fabricate a new racing vehicle every year. Schulich Off-Road team does not award students any credit towards their degree. We are here purely because this is what we love to do. This is our passion. Our members are extremely self-motivated, and contribute countless hours of their time to the team year round. Being a part of this team leads members to being some of the highest pursued engineers and professionals globally.
