PrimeSTAR Home Health provides in-home skilled, compassionate nursing, therapy, and support services to the residents in the communities we serve. We began serving the residents of North Louisiana and are proud to now serve our neighboring state of Texas. We have multiple locations throughout North Louisiana, Central Texas, East Texas and North Texas to provide quality care by our compassionate clinicians.
