It was obvious that Blue Chip Cookies was not going to be just another cookie store from the beginning. When the doors of the first store opened on San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf in March 1983, 38 years ago, the public immediately fell in love with the aroma and taste of these unique gourmet cookies. By introducing the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie to the United States, Blue Chip Cookies began its history of offering innovative, new tastes in addition to such standards as the much-loved Chocolate Chip Cookie. In 2005, Donna Drury and Bob Heine purchased Blue Chip Cookies to continue the tradition of excellence. From the first day, three things impressed us: the incredible cookie flavors, the “Blue Chip” reputation, and the loyalty of the customers. The number one priority is, and will always be, to continue to deliver these delicious cookies and to provide great customer service.
