Kathrein entered into the US market through a partnership with SCALA Electronic Corporation, a company founded in 1954 and a market leader in the production of broadcast antennas. In 2000, Kathrein Broadcast completed the full acquisition SCALA. Over the past 65 years Kathrein Broadcast USA has earned a reputation for products and service of the highest quality, as well as fair and ethical business practices and we remain dedicated to these principles. Through our full integration into the Kathrein Group we are able to draw on greater resources and expand our range of products and services while maintaining the traditional SCALA service and quality which our customers have come to expect. We specialize in Broadband TV and FM Broadcast Systems, along with a complete Ground to Air and directional antenna line covering 30-960 MHz.
