Since 1998, Tracks & Trails has been helping families spend quality time together outdoors while they explore National Parks and other natural places throughout the western US and Canada. We offer 2 modes of travel for most of our itineraries: Car+Hotels or RV+Campgrounds. Our signature product is first-class, fully outfitted RV trips. We believe it’s the best way to experience the West. An RV places travelers much closer to nature and provides privacy and solitude while providing the comfort and convenience of a furnished condominium. It’s a rustic family vacation alternative that appeals to a surprisingly civilized audience. Once a family experiences the benefits of unpacking just once, staying in friendly, beautiful National Park campgrounds rather than impersonal hotels, and traveling in a cozy cabin on wheels, they’re hooked. Customers choose from over 50 itineraries that range from 3 nights to 3 weeks. We then create a custom package that includes car or RV rental, hotels, lodges, or campsites in or near the National Parks, and a variety of activities like rafting, Jeeping, cowboy cookouts, and steam train rides. The beefy Adventure Kit™ travel binder contains a comprehensive set of personalized documentation to insure that everything runs smoothly. Customers fly or drive to their gateway city (Denver, Las Vegas, Calgary, San Francisco…), pick up their SUV or RV, open up the Adventure Kit, and hit the road.
