Great leaps provide educational, mental health and employment experiences, using an outdoor setting, for people who are or who have struggled previously with a more formalised approach. To deliver these experiences, we work with stakeholders to enhance participants' accomplishments; empowering each individual to make positive changes going forward while creating a broader awareness of wellness, wellbeing and mindfulness, through widening participation, in support of social prescribing.
