www.feaindia.orgFEA's primary aim is to "give the disadvantaged youth of India, a path to professional jobs" by providing a free one-year intensive coaching program for the youth alongside with an upcoming Mentorship program. The coaching chiefly encompasses English and non-cognitive skills delivered in the form of a dynamic mixture of tech, peer interaction and lecture-based learning methods. FEA currently reaches out to 40,000 students with the help of 285+ branches in Delhi and neighboring cities. Our curriculum is taken from best practices at top universities globally. Researchers from Stanford University are currently studying it for economic impact. Economics Professors at ISB, funded by MIT are, separately, evaluating it as a model for helping disadvantaged youth to learn. Other researchers are examining FEA innovations in personality development.
