Sunrise Seniors Place is an 89-unit apartment building located in downtown Oshawa. Our building includes a mix of market and RGI (rent-geared-to-income). For almost thirty years we have been committed to ensuring the dignity and comfort of our seniors through a lifestyle that encourages health in all areas; physical, emotional, and social. Our goal is to create safe and affordable housing for seniors without compromising comfort and independence. We take a tenant-centred approach in everything we do.
