SUSTAINABLE & TACTICAL COST REDUCTION MODEL (STCRM): a model developed by TBMG and its partner(s) to adjudicate and balance sustainable costs with cost reduction strategies. This methodology is a deeper dive into true cost analysis and management and utilizes the organizational scorecards, gap analysis/scenario planning and Process Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM). 5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM): manage the triple constraint of COST, SCHEDULE and SCOPE for large and small projects within the United States Government and Dept of Defense.
