After practicing as an in-house Legal Counsel for a few years, Mr. Fomcenco joined Academia in 2012 and researched, taught, and published internationally on matters of general Corporate Law, European Union Law, Contract Law, North American Business and Corporate Law, and Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions for almost 8 years.
