OUR STORY Inspired by the infinite diversity of the potato and out of love for the catering trade and craftsmanship, Frites Atelier was founded with one aim: to prepare beautiful, tasty chips with sensational toppings for you! Because in our eyes, nothing beats a tasty fry with a matching sauce. After more than 18 months of testing different types of potatoes, soils and other things in the process of making a good fry, the time had finally come. The Hague had the scoop in 2016: the opening of the first Frites Atelier was a fact, after which further locations unfolded.
