La Foresta is a forest of stories and experiences, dedicated to the many ecologies we inhabit: personal, relational, cultural, environmental, the living ecologies of everyday life. We dedicate our work to multi-layered sustainability of metaphorical and direct contemporary environments we live in. In our understanding sustainability is about integrity and care, inner and outer. The main ingredients of our work are beyond-disciplinary approach (poly-creativity), artistic sensibilities (art-into-life) and embodied culture — a culture that shares its values with the forest and grows from the place of deeper listening and more sincere communication, interconnection and organic unfolding. We are interested in re-unification of human intelligence, body and mind, thinking and feeling, doing and being, theory and practice, inner and outer worlds. La Foresta is celebrating collaborative creativity and sustainable living, de-standardisation of human life and search for more poetry and purpose. It seeks to invite people into experiences of what a nourishing life can be in its variety of conceptions and practices, held together by resonance. Foresta Collective are people taking care of and contributing to the forest of La Foresta. New approaches to work and education, to creativity and arts, human relationality and togetherness, transdisciplinary practices and embodied intelligence — these are the core subjects at the heart of our interests and the work we do.
