We are a public sector financial consultancy, primarily working in the healthcare sector but also local authorities. We specialise in advising how to cost services at the most granular level, which in healthcare would be patient level costing (PLICS), and advising how to use this management information to determine the reasons why services cost what they do and how costs or profitability can be improved. We work either independently or subcontracted to larger consultancies who request our specialist skills as part of a large project.
