The Southern California Football Coaches Association exists to help each coach become better teachers and mentors. Some great men have been a part of this terrific organization for the past 60-plus years. Our first order of business is to always increase our membership and bring all Southern California coaches into a fraternity of men who have the privilege of working in the greatest profession on the planet. In this age of technology, we are easily able to increase our knowledge of X’s and O’s, but we can sometimes lose track of the personal interaction that is so greatly needed in this business of people. We hope that by bringing coaches back to interact with each other, that we can put more focus on what is most important in our careers: relationship building with the young people that we have been entrusted to develop. We hope that all of you can jump on board and continue to help SCFCA grow into one of the finest coaching organizations in America.
