Geddes Architects was founded in 2002 as a RIBA chartered, specialist architectural company involved in all aspects of the built environment. We currently have offices in London and Prague and have completed projects in the UK, Europe and the UAE. Retail We have been consistently involved in all aspects of retail design, including new build shopping centres, remodelling of existing town centres, and the enhancement of retail parks. We understand the needs of the retailers, the shoppers, and the funders, and we welcome the challenge of ensuring that our retail designs contribute to the local environment, and enhance the lives of those who use them. Science and Technology Business parks, offices, and industrial spaces have been part of our company portfolio for many years. We are now increasingly involved in science and technology parks. Whether located in urban environments or in the countryside, they are the modern workplace. The challenge is to ensure they have a sustainable sense of place, to ensure they can fulfil their potential. Residential We have a number of residential/ mixed use projects, in the UK, and abroad, from mixed use urban infill to the creation of new communities, including the remodelling of people’s homes. Creating homes is one of our society’s greatest challenges; as a firm we are committed to our involvement in this issue. As architects we strive to deliver a personal and high quality service, to respect the natural and built environment and those within it, and leave it a better place.
