TermSheet.io, by Humble Paper, is a new platform that is disrupting early-stage capital. In its current avatar, TermSheet offers a fund-raising platform for startups to efficiently raise capital from investors. We're disruptive because we do this with minimal friction and in 1/5 - 1/6th the time it typically takes startups to fund raise and investors to close a deal. Close to 450 startups and 150 investors have signed up for our beta. We are currently in invite-only mode and are working with around 20 startups. We helped close $1.1M in deals over the last 90 days since we started.
