NRRC Financial LLC’s mission is to provide innovative, flexible financial products to support and maintain affordable housing, encourage community development and to meet the credit needs of low income and underserved residents of the Near North and Willard Hay neighborhoods in Minneapolis. NRRC Financial is currently building its capacity to offer low-cost loans and financial counseling to our residents.
