GPMG specializes in successfully developing and implementing Domestic and International Project Planning, Permitting, Development and Implementation Programs (from conceptual design to final project commissioning), encompassing Building-Integrated (BI) Solar-Systems; Large-Scale Green-Field PV-Solar Farms; and High-Tech PV-Solar Module Manufacturing Facilities. In addition, solid expertise in Project Planning, Design, Engineering, Permitting and Construction Management, embracing conceptual planning and cost estimates; developing and negotiating technical contracts (including, EPC and PPA agreements); electrical and mechanical system engineering; cost-estimating, budgeting, corporate funding, budgeting and scheduling; scope and spec development; project procurement and logistics, budget and schedule management; engineering and contractor selection, contract negotiation and quality management; federal, state and local regulatory-compliance, inspections and permits; and overall ‘on-site’ project management (including, commissioning and customer acceptance).
