Established in 2008 as a limited liability company to consolidate the investments made in various subsidiaries since 1975. The Group has marked its presence in Qatar since 1975 and originally started as a contracting and trading company catering for the construction market. Since then, the Group has evolved into a diversified business that operates at different levels of the construction industry value chain such as construction contracting, specialized contracting (MEP), and supplier of building materials, safety equipment, tools, timber, security systems, firefighting systems and other related materials. Investment Holding Group Q.P.S.C. is registered in the State of Qatar under CR No. 39127 which has been amended by converting the legal status of the company from a limited liability company to Qatari Public Shareholding Company effective 11 of May 2017. The Company is engaged in various types of investments inside the State of Qatar in accordance with sound commercial and economic practices. Before this date, the company was registered under the same commercial registration No. 39127 as a limited liability from 11th of May 2008.
