Who we are Lonestar Lobster is a growing family owned seafood company started in 2011. The docks in Maine and Canada were vertically integrated to source Texas and surrounding markets with live lobsters. Our state of the art facility and holding tanks store close to 50,000 lbs. of live lobster and dungeness crabs for the Texas market. We offer other live, fresh and frozen seafood products in a manner that aligns with our mission statement.
