As your coach, I will provide you with the time to think about your challenges and dreams, a safe space to try out ideas and confront any unhelpful assumptions you have about your future, and my undivided attention to help focus your thinking. I qualified as a professional coach with Henley Business School in 2019 and have over 40 hours of coaching since then. Although I am happy to talk to anyone about whether coaching is right for them, I specialise in: 👨🎓Helping academics, researchers and teachers grow in their role, plan their careers and manage the deluge of demands on their time (including from outside work). ❔Helping people thinking about career change find their next steps to happiness and success. 👩🔬Helping women scientists, engineers and leaders find success in environments traditionally dominated by men I prefer to offer 3 or 6 session packages as I find these work well for clients.
