The Arts Administrators of Color Network advocates for people of color as artists and arts administrators through collaboration and community building, the sharing of resources within ourselves and the communities we represent, and the creation of opportunities for better representation in the arts community. The main components of our work are: an annual convening, our mentorship program, professional development/workshops, and the Art Accordingly podcast.
