Morris L. Preston started a branch office in Davenport, Iowa in 1991 after a nineteen year career with the Iowa DNR. He purchased the office in 1995 and changed the name to Preston Engineering, Inc. Mr. Preston is a professional engineer licensed in Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. He is also a certified groundwater professional in Iowa. Preston offers a broad range of environmental services typically mandated by state or federal law. Preston served as the principal contractor to the Iowa leaking underground storage tank program during which cleanup reports were reviewed at over 5,000 sites.
