Mason & Co is the first organic, single-origin chocolate business in India. We make our chocolate from bean-to-bar in Auroville, India. With all our beans being ethically sourced from small-scale farmers, we work closely with them to improve their harvesting and post-harvest procedures to ensure a high-quality of cacao beans - so we can make great chocolate! All our products are organic, we never use any chemicals, preservatives or emulsifiers.
